Have a used Racing Beat RX8 emission-capable stainless steel header for sale. This is a direct bolt-on replacement of the OE exhaust manifold. Has the usual heat tint discoloration, but I don't recall it being all rusty from road salt, etc. Will try to get a few pics up in the next day or two to confirm.

Think I also have a new RB header flange with pipe stubs just like on the header above for building your own emission-legal header design if anyone is interested in it, but I need to verify which box it may be in at my storage area. Will list a price once I have it in hand.

How many years/miles has it been installed on car?

 

By me; none. I bought it used at least two years ago and sat on it. Had intended to use it for a custom header pattern, but never did. Have other plans for that now. Based on how little soot is inside and the external condition, not many. I have no recollection now, but will go back and check to see what I can find.

A new one is over $500 + shipping I think. I guarantee that it will bolt-on and be useable as new, just not new. Please check out my reputation in the Good Guy forum area. Another one sold here for $400 recently, so please decide for yourself.

What's done is done, but in the future please don't be wankelingoff in people's For Sale threads. You pressured me for pics the same day I said they'd be up in a day or two, made other buyers think it was sold, and then never responded.

 

You sent me a reply at midnight, and I paid you the minute I saw your message. I apologize for my busy schedule, but I think the real issue here is that you're just a dick.

Well I'm not gonna rise for that bait, so sorry again. But let's back up for a minute. I posted this FS at approx. 3:30 AM on 5/8 and stated very clearly that I'd try to post pics in the next day or two. Despite this, around 5:00 PM that same day I get a PM from you asking me for pics. I saw it right away and deliberately chose not to respond for the obvious reason. The next day around 11:30 AM you posted here that you sent me a PM. So later that day I post pics, right within the window of what I posted originally, which I then sent you a PM that they were posted. A few hours later you post here that you'll take it rather than PM me.

Because of your decision to handle it that way I didn't see it right away either, which as you noted is was around midnight or so before I sent you a PM with my PP info After that I guess you were then busy, but as expressed here and privately other people were interested, but thought it was yours already. Now in the past I would have usually posted "no dibs, whoever pays first gets it", but I have been off the forum mostly for the last three years and just didn't think about that then.

So as usual, there are at least two sides to every story. Under the circumstances that's the way each of us saw it. If resorting to name calling is how you want to respond then fine, but you'll have to excuse me if I don't place any value in that opinion.
