I have two pairs of OE engine mounts that have been filled with Shore 80A polyurethane. These fit manual trans cars only. Auto trans mounts are different, though I'm not entirely sure how. You will have to find out yourself if so inclined. The OE mounts are used, but have not been used since they were properly drained, cleaned, and filled with poly. They have been curing for several months and are ready to be installed immediately. They have only been filled and cured. If you want them to look like new by repainting etc. you will need to perform this yourself.

This is an outright purchase. I don't have any intention of ever making more of these unless I have a personal need for my own use, which will likely be never. Once installed you can then fill your OE mounts with poly per the DIY article linked below and sell them to another RX8 owner to offset your cost. I'm curious does the urethane in the mounts change the way the car feels?

 

It will probably make it smoother less vibration(s)
