I was told you need to heat the manifold up to 400 degrees and then weld it with a nickel rod. Then you stick it into a box full of sand so that it takes 12hrs to cool down. I could ship it out and have it welded by a pro but I am starting to loose the passion for this car and decided to part out my entire car and get something else. Here is a picture of the crack. http://www.turborx8.ca/pictures/crack.jpg |
Everything is pretty much sold accept the BOV, gauges and turbo kit.
I am surprised that the turbo kit was not the first thing sold. Are my prices too high or something? |
^not many want to or can shell out that kind of cash all at once
I tried selling my kit months ago and got nowhere with it...so I reinstalled it GL. |

I tried selling my kit months ago and got nowhere with it...so I reinstalled it GL. From what I can tell I have the best turbo kit for sale at this time so if anyone is looking to buy I should have no problem selling. Glad to know its not because the kit is overpriced. |
nah it's a good deal, that turbo is a fantastic upgrade over the regular greddy unit

That would be the same thing as buying a regular GReddy turbo kit for $2,350 and sending the turbo to Bryan at BNR for the upgrade without having to wait 3-4weeks for the rebuild or wasting money on shipping the turbo both ways. |
Do you have instructions for the turbo kit?
