As previously said, no he isn't dead. He was doing a radio interview, on a local Chicago station, when the earthquake occurred. He wasn't aware it had happened. He was shaken up (pun not intended) with worry over the welfare of his pets. I was listening to the interview, which was cut short.

Hi all,
After calling this member a few times and requesting a shipping of a fender he has bailed on me twice. I've emailed him and called him back to get the quote but nothing.
I am requesting that the mods lock this thread if the seller wants it unlocked he can contact any mod.
granted I've been in his situation with sellign things and not responding...
I just feel that this thread gets dug up often and theres no point if hes not getting back to anyone.

Where'd you take it? Hall Mazda did quite a bit of damage to the interior of my car once and they replaced everything. I'd take it back to the dealer and make them replace it.
