Good luck. Decent used ones are hard to find. I bought my son an '09 R3 and his went out at about 21,000 miles. Replaced under warranty @ ~ $2,100.
Are you in a state that does visual emissions checks? If not you could consider a good aftermarket cat. Lots cheaper. Just do your research and get a proven unit.

I had the cat replaced at 55k under warranty with the engine. 65k miles later I replaced the cat with a manga flow for about $650. Autozone has it or o'rielies
It took me under one hr by my self. The cel reset automatically.
