It's the OEM one, here's a description of it I found:
"Helps you keep your RX-8's finish looking like new. Custom fit with the RX-8 logo, side-mirror pockets and rear license plate window. Choose from four color combinations: Blue/Black, Gray/Black, Red/Black, Yellow/Black. Weather-resistant StormShield® fabric. Fits vehicles with or without a Rear Wing Spoiler.
