If you are unwilling to now send me the intake I purchased, you need to refund my money. It’s been a couple days since I’ve heard from you, and it’s getting pretty shady that you no longer return my PM’s and haven’t sent my Paypal back. I have waited over a month with your excuses for you to get it sent out, now I need my intake or the $180 I sent you. I have bought from plenty of other forum members over the years, and you are the only person I seem to have difficulty with. What’s up?

whenever i sell something i take into account the fee paypal charges...if he was selling for 180, why would he expect you to calculate in and send more?

 

Honestly, I didn't think I was being unreasonable considering the situation. I paid $180 bucks and after a month, he decided not to sell for some personal reasons. If it's the seller's fault, shouldn't I get all the money back? But really, at this point, I don't care. I just want my money...

 

yeah, if he backs out on a deal, no way you should have to lose anything. if anyone deserves compensation, its you.

I didn't want this to become a public issue, but from his recent comments, it’s clear that Trancesimilator has no interest in fulfilling his obligations to buyers or his credibility on this forum, so he should have no reason to want to buy or sell here further. I requested to Omicron that he be banned if he doesn't respond and refund my money within the next two days. Do you think he should be banned?

 

If you used Paypal, file a claim.

Done that already. I called them and talked to a rep about the issue. If he fails to reply to Paypal by the 19th, they award the claim the the buyer. I don't want anyone else on here to be strung along like I was. It completely degradates the forum and it's ability to trust other sellers.

Hey, hey, hey!! It looks like through all this yelling and hollering, Christopher Flores decided to finally refund my money after being contacted by Paypal reps. I guess he finally realized that he couldn't get away with it. $180 pending transfer to my account. Now let the counter-bashing ensue....
