4300K (stock color temp) HID bulbs in H7 bases for low-beams in RX8 without OEM HIDs. New, turned on once to test. Bought to convert the car and got a good deal on headlights from a wreck. NO BALLASTS but they will work with any aftermarket ballast; industry standard connectors. What you see is what you get.
