Greddy turbo kit for sale, Kit will include wideband, A/F and boost gauges, BOV, intercooler, the turbo, pretty much the works....Located in Lincoln NE, asking $2,500 for the kit plus shipping. It only had about 25-50 miles on it before I had my daughter and had to take it off. It was the greatest purchase I have made and although the trade off has been legit i will miss it. I just believe that someone can appreciate it more then i could at the time. Hope you will provide it a good home

If I didn't have to buy a new set of tires this month, I'd be all over this.

 

I have a nice set of wheels and tires for sale as well if you want. I was looking for $800 for the wheels and tires but I will include them in the set for a total price of $3,100 I will have to get pics of the turbo kit tomorrow, I don't know where the pictures went that I took of it. Here is a picture of what the wheels look like on my car. They are 18" Drifz wheels wrapped in Nitto 555's. Here is a picture of what they looked like on my car......The set of tires alone cost more then I'm asking for the set in this package. Also have a RB catless mid pipe for sale as well. I will be posting each of them individually as well. Keep me posted.

why did you install, then take it off to sell.. What broke? lol

 

I saved for so long and then for some reason I thought I would trade it all in for an Infinity G35. It was the worst automotive decision that I have made to this date. I was so fascinated with how the G35 looked and after I bought it was awful dissapointed with how it felt/performed. I will post pictures in the next post....

The kit includes the boost and A/F gauge(w/ interchangable gauge faces), Innovate wideband, BOV, Intake and exhaust manifolds, piping and everything included in the picture. This is a steal, and your missing out on the oppertunity to boost your 8 at my expense.

 

I'm going to assume that was 25-50 miles with you as the owner... how many miles did the guy before you put on it?

 

I bought it directly from Greddy, I was the first and only owner from the factory. Like I said before I made a poor financial decision and thought that the G35 would have been a better car, but was wrong in every aspect. I kept teling myself I would get another 8 (which I will someday) but the parts are not doing me any good as of now. One of you will appreciate the kit much more then I will at the moment. I also had a daughter so that didn't help my situation out by any means. I was initially asking $3,500 for everything but the demand at the moment has grown way more then my supply, so my price has gone down significantly. If it doens't sell for the asking price then I will hold onto it until the day that I own another 8 and I have the most unique ride in town

 

the only reason why I asked was because that seems like a bit more build up then I would expect for 25-50 miles on the header, manifold, and turbo.

But I guess it could happen... It definitely doesn't take much for them to turn.

How much else is needed in addition to this kit in order to install it on an otherwise stock rx-8?

 

You would have to do some research but as far as I know it's a bolt on kit. It replaces the intake and if interested my midpipe is also for sale. Aside from my Cat back exhaust that's all I had done to my car...

 

As I asked in PM, any lateral play in the snail itself?

Edit: What BOV is that? Need to look into what it would take to recirc.

 

There is minimal if any play in the shaft, may be something you would want to check out before installation though I suppose just to make sure your on the safe side

yare you saying that this bolts right up to a 09 RX8 and with the emange i wouldntr have any issues oince installed, all that would be really recommand is a good tune? Do you have the package number from Greddy that way i can call them up and confirm that it is all plug and play.
