Cobb
Just curious what are the specs on that cobb accessport? I have been looking for one for my 8 and from what i can tell it looks like the mazda speed 3 ones would work but i don't want to buy the wrong one. Like will an AP-MAZ-002 work? Sorry for the question on your ad i just couldn't find any info on this. If you are selling your cobb i'm interested.

PSA to seller and potential Cobb Buyers:
If you have it, please make sure you include the installer or the entire Program Files folder for AccessTunerRACE for your Cobb when you sell it. Assuming that you have it. Without the software, the AP loses the majority of it's functionality. Since Cobb has stopped supporting the RX8 platform, there is no way to get software.
You can't use other peoples copies of the software because the application is keyed to the AP that you purchased, so the only way to keep the product use-able is by passing the software installer on, or running the appropriately keyed executable from the installed program files folder.
Good luck with your sale!
Gpsieg17: As far as I know the Cobbs are all vehicle specific. The models for the 8 are no longer being sold by Cobb, as they are not supported. I don't want to start any forum crap, but search for MM(MazdaManiac he's a banned member), as I think he might still be selling them new. A Cobb support rep told me that they sold the last of their stock of Accessports for the RX8 to MM. I don't know if you're able to get the tuning software with them though. You'd have to ask him.
That all being said, there are two AP models that are for the 8. Not sure what the model numbers are, but the OBD-II connectors are where the major difference is. The V2 has a dongle that is grey and red that connects to the cobb via a USB to USB mini cable. The V2b has a black OBD-II cable that uses a proprietary(?) connector to connect to the Cobb.
PS: The Cobb pictured above is the V2b.

Greddy kit
Decided to put up my Greddy/BNR upgraded turbo kit for sale. I have been collecting parts for the kit for the past 4 years, but I have decided it is time to move on to another project. The turbo was serviced and inspected by BNR in 2014. The turbo kit was never installed on my car, but was previously owned by j.cab.
