GI: Mazdaspeed V.2 Dual Canister Exhaust

Hi guys,

I was just getting a feeler since I'm thinking of possibly going turbo soon. I love this exhaust, but I think with the new turbo, I would want to step up the plans to a full 3" exhaust.

The Mazdaspeed V.2 Dual Canister Exhaust has the two individual mufflers and is still quite subtle for daily driving.

I've never had a cop look at me twice with this exhaust. However, when you open it up, it sounds awesome!

I bought this exhaust originally off Tiltmode. The exhaust had infamous failing welds at the connection between the muffler and piping. I had these professionally welded using proper TIG welds and so far they have held up great with no leaks.

I'm currently thinking $400 OBO is a good price for the exhaust. I could've cheaped out and went with MIG welds, but I liked it enough to do it properly. Again, not really in a rush to sell - but thinking of other possibilities.

I'll ship the exhaust, but the shipping will be on the buyer. This thing is pretty bulky and the last time I shipped an exhaust to Texas - it was a big pain in the ***.

I'm located in Southern California. The exhaust is currently on my car so I do not have any pictures available. There are no dents on the piping or muffler. The only issue I would say would be the exhaust tip. Part of the finish has been "heat-treated" and has slight discoloration. I'll PM pictures if the buyer is serious.

I may be interested in this exhaust if the price is right, maybe $400 shipped. PM me some pics of the discoloration and the rest of the exhaust. I am located in CO. If you don't get any local interest let me know.

Just to let you guys know. I've already had local offers for $375. I can't do $400 shipped for the exhaust....sorry.

Possibly trading a local member for his exhaust at the moment. If he chooses to go through with the trade, he has first dibs (The Reverend).

Thanks guys....I had a lot of PMs about the exhaust.

Thanks for the interest.....

Hi guys,

I'm open to reasonable offers. Please note that I had to get the exhaust re-welded which adds to my whole total cost for this exhaust. I've already had local offers for $375 so I don't see myself going any lower than that price.

People in Socal have first dibs.

When the exhaust sells, I'll go ahead and have the mods close the thread.

I have to agree with Tilt. Epik is a great guy to deal with. You can trust him to do the right thing and to take care of his gear.
