Cancelled - GI: illuminated shift *****
Sorry guys, this won't be happening as the price from Mazda Japan isn't much different from the price you can get online already..
Thx for the interest

It seems these are a pretty rare commodity this side of the pond... I am toying with the idea of importing a bunch of these from Japan. Trying to figure out how many people would be interested and at what price? How does 180 shipped sound?
Comments?
PS: mods - please don't hate me. I know this isn't exactly a for sale ad but there is a price and I'm trying to help people out. Please delete my thread if you feel you have to, but then no one gets shift *****

There is a special shift boot with a snap button on top that allows you to disconnect the wiring before you screw off the know, so as not to damage it. I will have to find out if this comes with the illuminated **** or would have to be purchased separately.

They're 200ish + shipping elsewhere. If you feel it's too much let me know what price you feel is fair. Once I figure out the cost to me I'll see if it's worth it based on the amount of interest...

are you talking about the oem **** being illuminated?
I remember some people installing these waaaayyy back in the days but there was an issue with the wire connections being weak. I believe it was recommended to re-solder them.
