Fuel Pump Ring Removal Tool

Category: Engine - Intake/Fuel
Price: $1111
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part Fits (you may select multiples): Series I
Location (US State/Canada/Int): NY
Item Condition: Used

Anyone have a used Fuel pump ring removal tool they'd like to get rid of? I'm going to be swapping out my fuel pump assembly next week and I don't want to risk damaging my o-ring with the hammer and screwdriver method, nor do I want to pay full price for a tool when I'm only going to use it probably once.

PM me with details and price!

Don't waste your money on that Lock Technology tool. I bought one and it's useless for the 8.

worked fine for me but it may not if you broke off the tabs and any tool is only as good as the tool using it

This is what I used. Don't put a ratchet on it, grab the upright parts with your hands and hold them in so it wont slip and it'll come loose.

Yes, you have to get a tight fit on the ring and hold down hard as you turn, but again if you already broke the tabs it may be too late to use the tool because it only clears the floor pan opening in a limited area of the ring positioning
