FT: Blacked out tail lights! UPDATED for pics
anybody wants to go blacked out tail lights? let's do a swap then...
here the driver side tail lights was painted by a shop and the passenger side tail lights was painted by me... originally both were painted by me but I got hit and run so I to put a new driverside tail lights but stupid shop painted it so it doesn't match anymore... I was gonna take the passenger tail light to the shop and make them paint it but just realize ima trade my car soon... so yea, if anyone out there that wanna do trade, let me know!
my location east bay antioch tomorrow until sunday, then sunday afternoon sunnyvale until wednesday...
here's a picture of it... you can't really notice the difference here but it will do for now imma take picture tomorrow...
FYI: if you're worried that it might have water inside or fog... mine doesnt have that...
I can't tell you what to do, to reclear the passenger tail lights and then just take it to the shop and let them paint it for you to match...
Ok here's a pic a took this morning.... also i don't think you have to reclear the passenger side tailight before taking it to the shop... because it got lighter now as you can see on the picture... if no one want's it I might just reclear them using a caliper cleaner... I know for sure the passenger tail will be reclear by caliper paint but not to sure about the driver side tail made from a shop... anyone have any idea?
and for a plus I might consider giving away my jdm side markers everybody knows it's clear but I tinted spray them...
Thanks for looking again!!!

I was just thinking about doing this to my car. I have regular stock tail lights to trade. I'll look back tomorrow once you have some better pictures of them up.

why dont you take it to the shop that did yours? why did they only paint one? the other has absolutly no tint on it. if they only painted one of yours then you can FORCE them to paint it for you where as we would need to pay.

^^^ just like what I said before my rear driver side hit and run happened it was painted with VHT tint spray both of them... but then I took to shop they ordered new tails for my car, then I told them not no worry about the paint of the passenger tail just put 'em in then I'll tint it myself but the stupid shop still paint it... so can't really do nothing... the passengers tail back was still darker but now it got lighter now... But I might do that we will see what they gonna say...
