Well actually CE28N's are not the lightest monoblock, it was at one point. RE30s are its replacement.

RE30's do not come in 19" like the CE28N so perhaps he meant the lightest 19".

i suggest polishing the lip only or the whole thing, it'll look nice and cheap to do.
