i don't have the time nor the place to install this turbo for someone. can't be bringing in other ppl's cars into my work for major installs like that.

 

Thoughts on the turbo kit? Numbers you saw? Just curious on if you liked it and all and why you're removing it.

 

the RX8 should've definately came with a turbo. the stock GReddy kit just makes it the perfect car. the RX8 has always had one of the best car that i've driven, just lacking in the power dept. with the GReddy turbo kit, it was enough to satisfy my needs

i've been through 2 motors and that is why i'm selling the turbo kit. the kit itself isn't at fault. the first motor went because of tuning. the 2nd one was because of air leak, when i stripped down my motor, i found several vacuum lines totally disconnected (which explains why i ran so lean all the time).

i honestly love the feel of a boosted RX8, but i want to track my 8 as often as i could. with heating issues with the RX8, boosted application for the track is just too much. rather just have a N/A track rx8 and not worry about oil pressure, temp, blah blah blah...i just want to drive!

This is a great price, I have a question though. You say its for the higher power engine. Does that mean someone with an 4 port AT couldnt put it on their car? Cant the At's just get different maps for it? The kit itself will fit an AT will it not? Its just not tuned for it? But in theory you could retune it with an AP and MM's map couldnt you?
