I didn't say they are the only ones that are good. Many pulleys are just lightened, and not under-driven.

I think the main difference is that the lightened pulleys are just that: lighter. They reduce Frictional ....something.... so they should spin more freely. Underdriven pulleys actually take power from other parts of the car (A/C, something else probably too).
Maybe somebody else can better tell the difference between lightened pulleys and underdriven ones.

Please stop low-balling on a "package" even after I offer a reasonable discount. I'm not desperate: I believe and exhaust and a SS will help the car sell faster and at a higher price even if it adds no monetary value to the person buying the car.

I've never heard an RB exhaust, so I wouldn't know. Maybe somebody else here can pitch in on that.
