I have to sell my Midnight Black set!

I got in on this deal back when rpmstore offered it and never got a chance to get them mounted. Since then several life changing events have occurred and I have to sell me 8. If anyone missed the original deal and still wants a set, PM me.


Condition: never mounted, only opened one box.
Asking price: $1200.00 (what I paid for them)
Shipping: around $100.00 unless local pickup.
Location: Indianapolis, IN

 

Can you post some pictures please? I don't see any Midnight Black color listed by the seller and would like to see them.

These wheels are still for sale.

I appreciate the offers I've received of less than $1200.00 but I am sticking firm to that price. The wheels are still in new (mint) condition. Plus, this initial sale was really to see if a) I could get rid on them because I recently moved and would like the space and b) I could give back to the rx8club.com community. Other than here (and of course on the auction site I had them listed) I did not publicize the sale.

While it would be nice to not see them collect dust I will not accept anything less than my cost. That is, at least in the foreseeable future.

If I post this again in the spring and no one bites then I'll likely be really tired of looking at them and ready to entertain offers.

....and consider seriously how much fun it might be to see if I can talk the recycle yard's attendant into letting me toss flawless wheels into the metal reclaimer and walk away with the $70 bucks or so in scrap pay.

I've received several inquiries the last couple months requesting the status of these wheels so I thought I should update the thread.

Yes, I still have them and they are for sale. I plan to again actively try to sell them in the spring. If anyone is interested before that, let me know.

One more thing, I have no additional information other than that which was offered in the original thread here: https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?t=114596. I have not even walked these wheels out of the house to attempt to put them on a car. I have not measured anything, changed anything, bored this or that; they are exactly as they were when I received them. I opened the box, thought, "Ohh, those are shiny," took pictures, and closed the box. They have been setting in my garage ever since.
