why wouldnt you slide off the plastic? what about the other? is there a silver finish on the hub so it wont rust or is it all just machined steel?

 

i can't slide off the plastic because it's sealed and i want to sell it new. let me check if there's a silver finish on the hub or not. but this is brand new and exact same one that everyone with the powerslot has;;
