I thought it seemed like a fair price so I bought it. I've seen them at $10, $20, $30, and $50...but this one was custom-painted too!

 

Has anyone experienced trouble communicating with Alzorz???

He 'sold' me the engine cover on April 4 and said he would ship it out Monday and provide me tracking info. So Monday comes around and no contact. I pm him on Tuesday and he says: "sorry about that.. will get you the tracking # tomorrow!" Wednesday comes, no contact, again. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday goes by...no contact. I thought maybe he was busy, that's why I let it go for 6 days. So on Tuesday evening, I contact him again asking for an update. No response. Wednesday goes by. Nothing. Thursday (yesterday) is now here, and so once again I message him. And once again, no response. Finally, today, I pm him still just asking for an update and no response.

I will say here that his "last activity" info under his profile is always being updated...meaning he is logging on to the site, seeing my messages, and just ignoring them, so it appears to me that he is just ignoring my messages...so I wasn't sure what to do during my 13-day waiting period.

Finally, today at 6:42pm, I sent him the following message:
"Aight dude, it's obvious you've ignored my last four messages because I can see when you've logged on RX8-Club and all times have been AFTER I sent you a pm.

I am going to request a refund through PayPal if you do not answer this pm next time you log on...

Sorry, but you are just ignoring my messages and it would appear to anyone normal that you have something to hide.

So please, answer this pm, and just tell me what's up. If not, then a refund through PayPal will be requested and if I am successful, the money will be taken your account.

Thanks...I guess."

Now, look at his profile and it says: "Last Activity: 04-17-2009 09:15 PM." So, obviously, he has for the fifth time in a row ignored my message.

So, do you guys think I should request that refund through PayPal or what?? I'm really just not sure what to do...he seems like a good guy to other buyers...and a good guy to me at the time of my purchase. But not anymore. Advice?
