yes it is still working. no i don't need it gone asap.
yes this will work with a bose system with a 6 disc changer. that is what i had and it is just plug and play. there is an empty jack in the car which is used for either the ipod adapter or the satellite radio. you can either have the ipod adapter or satellite radio, but not both. you might want to check out the link to the guide that i posted in the top post. it has instructions on how the unit operates as well so you know what to expect when using it.
