I think one of the mods should edit the title to say: "likely scam" so more people don't send this guy any money. I don't want this thread locked because there may be an update when/if people get their money back.

 

its almost funny i got caught because i read this thread last night, (i was a little typsy) but i saw it again just now and i was like wow shortshifter for 100..... i got to get on this!!!!!

 

anyone have any sale/trade experience with people from forums such as this? ive always bought from actual reputable sites or ebay. and right now i have been talking to another guy on this thread about a ms front and wing, im a lil paranoid now after this thread and the douche op.

any suggestions on ordering? ive always used paypal, and i assumed they backed buyers up, but not so sure now...

 

After this experience I probably will only buy with local pickup or someone whose been around the forums for a while. If you go w/ paypal, pay w/ creditcard w/ good fraud protection.

I was wondering if you had the RB straight pipe available still. Also, if the RB straight pipe is also the same thing as the catless pipe with the hole for the O2 sensor.

i kinda felt scam when i was talking with this guy.
i got scammed about 2months ago.
i lost my 550.
disputed to paypal, however they did not refund ANY of my money
so i had to go through with my visa.
if you used your visa, there will be high percentage that you will get your mny back throught credit card company
however if you used money order, you are in trouble.
if any of you want to know about how i went throught the scam ****,
pm me or sth.

When you buy something through paypal always make sure you click the box that says you are buying goods. Paypal has some weird policy that if you do not purchase tangible goods they can't help you.

Don't understand why some people are getting money back and others not. I haven't heard anything from paypal and it was supposed to be decided by today

 

Just checked my acct and it now shows +balance for the amnt I was owed. Paypal came through.
