Prefer not to ship as most of the parts are oversized and heavy however, if you are willing to pay the shipping fees, duty, etc. Arrangements can be made.

wow, resale value has to really be in the toilet to make someone part out thousands and thousands of dollars in mods (and all teh labor to return to stock) rather than buy out the lease and sell the car as is.

Buy out is something like 21500 while resale value is less than 15000. Dealer trade in is way less than that.

Orig plan was to buy it out but with the car depriciating like a dog its best to let it all go and get back whatever he can. lol

I think Legend Racer would be the best buyer for these parts since he's in Calgary.

And to answer his questions:

1. Dry Flow Air Filter is an AEM piece and is made for the AEM Cold Air Intake or can be used for modified Greddy turbo kits. You won't need this most likely.

2. The Racing Beat Non-Resonated Midpipe WILL bolt-on to the SP2 exhaust. It will even bolt-on to your stock exhaust. And it's extremely easy. You can do it.

3. The SP2 exhaust is an awesome choice and sounds great!

4. Tanabe Sustec Pro Coilovers are a great entry-level coilover set. You can install this yourself as well if you have the garage space and tools. There's plenty of DIYs on how to this job.

5. MS Shift Knob is made of Delrin I believe. Nothing fancy.....just says Mazdaspeed on it.

The following items are conditionally sold or sold.

AFE SS, Strakes, Mud Guards, OEM Rotary Crest Rear, Eibach Springs.

Depending on what the dealer says about the Mazdaspeed body kit, it might come up for sale.

The MS shiftknob is sold to me. Money is sent.

I have never had luck with Paypal coming through with a refund.

Damn, I didn't use credit card in paypal because I had paypal credit left over. Now I have to deal w/ them directly. And I bought an exhaust so it's a lot of money for me. :(

Are people actually successful at getting money back from paypal? I've never had to deal w/ this before.

i have been successful for about 80$ worth of product but the only thing is that you shouldn't expect that money anytime soon. for my transaction it took them a few months to actually solve it and give me my money back.

I should have used AMEX w/ paypal.

I'm at about a 90% with paypal refunds. I guess I'm pretty lucky.

I don't think its a scam. Hopefully just a misunderstanding. I'm local so I doubt he'd have entertained the idea of me picking the turbo up in person knowing the money would be cash in hand. He'd have no way of getting the money without the turbo existing.

He gave me a "tracking number" on Saturday that was insured and expedited USA but it still hasn't been dropped off at the PO.

no offense but you guys are SUCKERS! This guy is selling parts for a 'friend', that isn't even allowed on this forum. That should have been Red Flag #1.

Reporting this since it violates F/S rules.

I haven't picked it up yet but I don't see why he'd go through the work to sell it to me if it wasn't going to be payed via paypal. Everything also seems rather in depth too and my conversations with him just didn't sound easy to fabricate. But who am I to say what somebody will do for a bit of money I guess.
