The harness is included, the software can be downloaded for free, and you will need to tune it when you install it.

Well since I have to download the software anyways, do you have any maps and how many, and what is the average cost to get this tuned ? Honestly help me out here with the info if you happen to know?

I never installed it but it does have a turbo map. Tuning costs is going to depend on who you take it to.
