FS: FULL ENGINE, needs oil control rings. Need parts from it or buy it all?
So I got my new engine put in. I'm selling my old one. I asked you guys what you think was wrong with it and said it's probably an oil control ring. I found a site that you can buy basically a full ring and seal kit for 60 bucks. The engine has ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING ON IT. Nothing was taken off this engine, it is just as it was hoisted out of the car. All the sensors, manifolds, coils, wires, everything. Engine still ran strong, just burned oil because of oil leaking into one of the rotor housings. I repeat this engine has every imaginable part you can think of on it. Even oil coolers. It's from a 2004 6sp, 42k. Make an offer, located in East Stroudsburg, PA. Pickup only. I can get it shipped if you pay though. NOTE: if you want anything off of it, let me know.

Hmm, let me see if I have somewhere to put it... I'll PM you in a day or two. I've been pondering getting a backup engine anyway, just need to find somewhere to store it that won't make my wife murder me.

Well I would like to get it out of the shop this weekend so I don't have to go through the hassle of loading it on my trailer and bringing it home, but I'm going to keep it for as long as it takes me to sell it. So if it didn't sell by the time you have the money, I'll still have it.

This is such a good deal, I feel bad because I was going to snag this but got another offer for a motor out by the guy building my engine. I really hope someone gets this motor though.

I am very interested the only thing is I don't receive my bonus from work until around the 20th of this month. If you still have it then I will be PMing you. I have been watching it on ebay. But if you don't have it I understand. I will keep my fingers crossed haha......
