FS - Black Leather Seats (full set) 08062

****SOLD****

I have a full set of Black Leather seats (front and rear) from an 05 RX8. They are in VERY good condition (will add pics as soon as I can get them hosted online). I am letting the whole set go for the giveaway price of $250 for everything (buckets are too tall for my custom car project), so the first one with cash at my door gets them. Located near Philadelphia PA in Southern NJ. May be willing to ship but buyer would have to pay all costs.

They have a UPS store up the street from me that will pack and box everything up, but they usually charge alot and I don't know if there is any size limitations. I really prefer to have someone see first hand they are getting great seats for a great price. I figured someone would be willing to drive a bit for a good deal, but if no one scoops them right away, I could go find out how much to ship, and you could send the money to my Paypal account. With packing, and shipping, and Paypal fees it probably is not as good of a deal but maybe? If they are not gone in a couple days send a zip code and I can get a total price.

I do not have any additional switches (I think you mean ones in the console?), but the seats come complete with all the seat harnesses and clips. There are two harness plugs on each seat (guessing second one is for airbags and/or belts?). If they don't plug right into your model (if you don't currently have heated seats) I would definitly recommend upgrading .....love heated seats .

If your in Dover your not too far, I'm only about 15-20 minutes from the Del Memorial Bridge (right off exit 2 NJ TNPK).

Custom built (based on mid 70's kit car). Pan chassis, rear engine, gull wings, etc.
See if you can guess the kit.

ONE?? There were at least a hundred different bodies from countless companies based on the beetle chassis. The question is which one? Already said pan chassis (=VW), and it's NOT a replica like a Ford GT40 or Ferrari Dino (therefore custom), so I would be impressed if anyone could even name the company that did the glass/body. Here's a hint.....it's not a GT.

i doubt too many of us know what a pan chassis means... myself included.

and you want us to guess at the company that made you a custom kit car?

lol.

Sorry, thought this was a car enthusiast site. It's usually VERY hard to stump most 'car people' with a "what kind of car is that?".

Just for fun I thought I'd hit you guys up with the riddle since someone asked. It's not a one of a kind body (many were made) it was a regular model, the company WAS very well known, and as I said I would be IMPRESSED if anyone knew (make/model, but even just make would impress).

In the modern day of the internet almost anything can be looked up instantaneously, but as this car was popular before the web, I guess the question just seperates the truely car knowledgeable from the keyboard cowboys.

You could always just have fun trying to figure it out too you know
