just to be clear. the header end looks like one of the thread holes has a broken rusted stud/bolt in it. may just be the pic.

It's just the pic and is just rust from the bolts. I just haven't had a chance to get it cleaned up. The only blemish on the whole thing is where I had to fight out the broken stud in the closeup. The threads are still good, it's just cosmetic.
