FS: AEM CAI (Color of buyer's choosing)
I have an AEM cai for sale. I work at a machine shop so I had it bead blasted. I have connections at plating shops so I'll have it hard anodized in any of the following colors for the buyer. If you want another color I can see if it's do-able.
Black
Red
Blue
Clear (actually comes out gray)
or
Yellow/Gold (Chemical Film process)
Including the anodizing I think 300 shipped is a fair price.
EDIT: I forgot to mention of course it comes with the filter and clamps. Though I'd suggest getting t-bolts.

the process of anodizing is pretty much dyeing metal. as of yet there is no commercial way available of anodizing in white. pretty hard to do if you think about it. to try and dye something that already has a color, to being white. the way that other things (like hair) gets "dyed" white is if they bleach the color out of it.
there are other ways however, like chem film, that undergo a different process and end up with certain colors. the easiest way to achieve a white color is of course powerdcoating.
so i can i get it white for you but it's probably going to be more expensive since it's gonna either be a powdercoating or painting process.

bump. got busier at work so forgot about this but it's still up for sale. also i can't seem to find the spacers and nuts.. guess they got lost while putting in the turbo but since i work at a machine shop i can fab them up as long as someone can get me the length of the spacer. diameter and nut size i can find out from measuring.
