Fog light set

I'm looking for everything to put fogs on my 04 auto. Both the fog lights, the hole cover and the switch. Id like to if possible buy everything as a set to save on shipping. If not then it is what it is and I'll buy separate. Let me know what you have and with a price. Thanks
