I just bought the exaust last week, so its too early for me to tell, Although i am having trouble contacting him.

 

ok well i dont know if i should be saying this on here but if the mods have a problem just let me know ill remove it.. i just bought leather seats from a guy who claims he might know who this guyis coz he had trouble with him a few years back and claims hes not even in ny hes actually in dallas. again i cant be 100 percent sure soooo idk what u guys wanna do BUT im filing paypal and hopefully i should get my money back. again mods if this shouldnt be on here just let me know ill pm the people regarding stuff we paid for. GL guys.

its also worth a mention that i really had no problem with him whatsoever and he was great to deal with up until he says he moved and then nothing and 2+ weeks still no contact. maybe its a misunderstanding but im not willing to risk all that money... paypal gives us 45 days from payment to dispute after which we cant.

yea you had to do it within 45 days .... no, no luck at all ... i actually met someone else who had trouble with him a few years ago! WTF. the s**t aint coming its been 3 weeks plus for me and i dont know any carrier that takes that long!

 

someone PLEASE correct me im hoping im wrong but according to a buddy even if you file paypal and then file a claim and paypal decides in your favor IF he cleaned out his bank account we dont get the money back ... please please tell me im misinformed!

i believe that you will get your money back, but i still dont know for sure about that, but if you dispute it, what will happen to him is even if he pulled out the money, he will have minus balance in his paypal, and it will go to his record, if it's confirmed address. call paypal, sorry guys, did he give the number at least?
