This just came off my 2004. It is in fair condition, but does have a larger scrape on the lower corner (see pic). Fog lights work fine. I did drill 2 holes in the mesh for the front license plate.

Edits: found a crack in paint and plastic where the top of the mesh meets the paint. The crack is about 1 inch but is not noticeable unless you look at the bumper from the ground up. Took additional pics to point out paint chips. Its an Ohio car that I have driven in the winter so the paint has some flaws but is in reasonable shape for a 2004.

(fyi - it cost me $90 to get the the aftermarket bumper from FLA to OH via greyhound, so you pay $50 and I will cover the rest)

I have a box from the aftermarket bumper I purchased, so I will use that to make sure it arrives to you safely.
