I have the entire air temp/fan control unit for sale. 75 shipped. Its also known as the HVAC control.
AND just so you know, many times when the unit is pulled it develops a crack in one of the welds, its an easy soldering fix and there is a great diy here on rx8club. I actually learned how to solder doing this very fix. The unit worked when pulled but I can't be 100% sure it will work when re-installed, but its an easy fix if it does not.
