No wear and tear that I know about, I just said basically because they were on the car for 1000 miles. So they are not 100% new.

Oh and for shipping, it will really depend on how you want it shipped. Last time I did a large object I did it via greyhound because it was uber cheap. And this isn't large but just heavy.
