The new guy that took over for Paul is a slacker. I tried sending them business after more then a few great experiences with Paul and always got a call afterwards saying they suck. I had the same bad experience last week. I shouldn't have to wait days for a call back when you say an hour and then get a quote of $20 off MSRP per item for a total off $100 off before shipping. Shipping would have taken up most if not all of the savings. The parts are used and their service is no longer worth the premium.

Try Tom at http://partsgroup.com/ . I just dealt with him for the first time last week. He called back when he said he would, prices were better then fair and he shipped first thing the next morning. That's who's getting my business and referals from now on.

It's presurized, + AZ heat + collant heat + plastic = eventual failure.
I'm having a 3rd gen AST type tank made with the proper fittings.
