Do you know if this will stop the coolant light from coming on? Sorry if it sounds like a dumb question....just haven't done to much research since i just started encountering this problem with my 8 for the first time last month. During spirited driving or when on 6th gear on the highway my coolant dash light turns on...and then shuts off when i go into 5th gear.

yea deff need a coolant bottle the sensore takes a crap on them which like throw that light. to be honest iv never had a rx8 thermostat take a crap so this looks like it will be a hard one to sell but good lucky if you need any help pm me
