Got my pieces yesterday

 

hey, superman, i received the headlight, and everything works fine, i do not care about the scratches on lens but my body shop guy told me it is missing both adjustment motor, now the HID is moving up and down, please ship me that part asap so i can put that back in. It should be a complete set with the adjusting motor as well. thanks

Maybe I'm just a paranoid person but this whole "thing" seems REAL SKETCHY

What a shame. This car probably would have been 50% gone by now if the seller actually replied to peoples inquiries and shipped the parts and updated everyone with tracking info instead of being missing and not touching base with anyone. ughhhhhhhhh Im glad I didnt send my money for what I need thats all I can say. It seems like those of you who DID get parts, all got them in damaged condition or missing something as one person stated the headlight was ot even complete and everyones stuff is scratched up.

 

i try to make it work but seems still shaking a little since there are no adjustment motor. please let me know asap.

 

Ok, a little upset here. I got my OEM rims after asking what condition they were in. his exact reply was "They are in great condition." I get them dirty as hell, seriously black. after I clean them I noticed all the chips and quarter size chrome missing from one of the lips. also 2 of the rims spokes have chrome missing from the side. seriously this is bull. I can understand some scratches. but this isn't "great condition". if i had known, i would have never bought them. it was money I could have used on great condition rims...

I got the radio...

 

The Bose center speaker grille and the OEM oil cap. I paid a little over $30 2 weeks ago. I've gotten no tracking number from him and only 1 PM from him since then stating he would send me a tracking # the next day but he never did. He is online EVERYDAY but never responds in this thread what does that tell you...

I give him another few days before I open a claim with paypal and get my money back.

 

i got my item today. Could you pm me the price of the unit where u put your sunglasses. I dont need the wires or circuits. I just need the shell. Its the thing above ur rear view mirror, i dont know what its called.

 

so like...im seeing this guy is bogus...eveyr1s item is damaged...ALMOST everyone...this guy is not responding any pms he is not seriuos...is there a say we can bring this through paypal and get money back or osmething?

 

for the state he said my fender was mint conditon...that **** is bent outta shape and so many ******* chips in it,,,luckily i got it to fit

 

The reason I stuck my nose in here earlier was because I felt something wasn't right. Sometimes we're so eager to get a deal that we're blinded to alerts. I didn't want to crap on this guys thread and hence, kept most of my reasoning to myself while offering a small warning. Here's what concerned me: Someone I know offered to buy the whole car and he insisted he wouldn't and couldn't sell the whole car. If he needed money to purchase another then why would he not sell outright? Answer: The car's not his. In all probability it has money owed on it and therefore belongs to a bank. Parting out a car that isn't his is shady so expect more shady aspects to arise. That's just my opinion.

I deal with paypal daily. What happens is... if you contact paypal for a dispute... your option will be to report ONE of the following to them...

1. Item not received
2. Item significantly not as described and/or damaged.

If the item had tracking on it, forget about using #1. If you choose #2, the final result will be "Paypal buyer protection does not cover the quality of the products received, only their delivery." and basically you bend over and accept the shaft.

What you need to do is skip paypal and go directly to the credit card company you paid through paypal with and explain to them what happened and file a CHARGEBACK. Paypal claims they fight chargebacks buy they fail 90% of the time. Thats your best bet.
