I have an unmarried Cobb AccessPort V2 AP-MAZ001, original ODB-II cable, and the AccessPort Manager software. I used this AP to tune a long time ago and I have recently uninstalled it. If you are interested in seeing the unmarry video or jumping on a video cal for proof, let me know.

Display was replaced. That is why the warranty sticker has a hole in it.

Does it come with married copy Access Tuner Race?
Not worth it without the tuning software.

And for 400 USD you can get VersaTuner and it's still supported and is very similar to ATR.
