ummm Im not sure, I just have the stock strut bar but I dont see why it wouldnt

 

assuming it's the same dimensions as the OEM engine cover (no reason to believe it isn't) then you'll have to modify the sides to make room for the MS strut bar. I had to do the same thing back when I had the engine cover, you can simply take a dremel to it and cut out some of the plastic.

 

Thanks Jedi. Any special precautions I should keep in mind taking to dremel to CF instead of plastic?
