is the midpipe the test pipe? (noob question i know...lol)..... i am in harrisburg... for the right price I may drive out n pick it up... i have 2005 rx8 manual.

test pipes are un-resonated midpipes, so i think the answer to your question is yes.

the midpipe that came with mine is double resonated/no cat.

skippy i thought you were fixing a s2 8. i dont think this will fit you might want to check it out first.

It is a dual resonated midpipe with no cat. If a test pipe is un-resonated then this is not a test type.
