The AP lip is optional on all models. There is no base model lip, there is just a bumper with a lip and one without.

 

the base model lip is the one that's not with the AP. As you said, the AP package is optional, so it's not base model. according to race rules, anything that's optional is not consider base model. there's no lip there if i remove the AP lip, it's a replacement lip, not an add on lip.

no, that's a separate lip, not part of the bumper. the AP lip doesn't go over that lip, it replace that lip. if the AP lip goes over it, then I wouldn't be looking for one. i thought that was the case also, until i took the AP lip off my bumper.
