The last two batchs had no blems (thankfully) this batch has 3.
These had the upper part of the shaft turned at a smaller dia.
This required us to make a custom boot bushing. You will never be able to tell the differance. The only thig is that a stock replacement part will not fit. The good news is you should never have a reason to need one.
These still carry the lifetime warrenty.
There are 3 maybe one has been spoken for.

He's not kidding, I bought one and right off the bat, I could tell the difference. Not rough at all, not jittery, just right. Looks and feels like it should have came in the car to begin with.

 

I'll be getting one soon, I get back in less than two months and I'm doing some upgrades to my 8 as soon as I'm back I can't wait to drive it aging...
