Non MM tune or MM tune AP?

 

It is paired with mine. I am fully aware of how to uninstall it correctly.

Like I told someone in PM....... As to not mislead I did buy it used and it had the MM Base and one update in it. I've been running it with no problems while following Kane's Baseline thread. I had a couple issues and just decided it was best to just run MM's tune. I want to keep the thing but, it seems that it may be one of the easier
things to sell. I also had no problems with the update. Everything went easy.
I get bad migraines and go days on end with headaches. GP has run short of options and need to see a Neurologist. My insurance isn't great, so this is going to cost a bit. MRI and such.

Any noticeable changes in the way the car runs and performs with the basline MM tune?

 

Of course there are minimal changes with even the base. The first actual tune out of base was really solid feeling. I urge you to read the plethora of info that is here on this wonderful piece of machinery. Its far more than a seat of your pants change. The Cobb is not a HyperTech Programmer for the GM vehicles. Like I said, I would love to keep it and continue to learn about tuning and have it for the diagnostic tool. However, my health is a bit more important than my cars health. I can't pitch the sale, they sell themselves. I had even secured another tuner to start from scratch. Though MM is a great tuner, tuning is an art. Not a gift. I have talked to a Tuner in NC that said "No bullshit Chey, without FI I can have you tuned in an hour to 2. It will take you longer to get here, than for me to Tune it." He also added "bring the laptop with the software and we'll do this."
Thats about all I can add. I learned alot reading and Kane and Chase were very patient souls with my questions.

No need for you to apologize. I've been where you described in your for sale thread. Its a terrible predicament if I gather correctly. I never made those same mistakes again. Life is much better now.
I just want to sell the AP so I don't have to dip into savings for these upcoming MRI's and such. Migraines suck! I won't even go into the side effects of the meds.......
Apparently my body isn't reacting well to the many preventatives and episode meds. So I'm stuck using pain killers til we find something that works. I've had a headache everyday for 6 weeks. I've had 4, I wish I could die migraines in that period.
Anyway though, thanks for the GLWS wishes! Take it easy, Easy.
