How come your racing brake calipers say Brembo?

 

I know when I called Racing Brake about getting mine redone (E-coated and rebuilt) they said I would get them back as brembos.........I could hardly understand the guy though, he had a very heavy Asian accent.

Because its not a RacingBrake kit. RB doesn't use a 6 pot caliper until the rotor size is 380mm diameter or larger, which then justifies the need for a longer pad. This is why their RX8 kit is only a 4 pot caliper.

I have a very good relationship with Rb and they didn't want to be bothered with refinishing my old caliper set. This thread reminds me of Fishermans Wharf ...
