3" resonated mid-pipe!

Category: Engine - Exhaust
Price: $190
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part Fits (you may select multiples): Series I
Location (US State/Canada/Int): KS
Item Condition: Used

Up for sale I have a 3" resonated mid-pipe. It started life as a Rotary Performance Supercat that had a broken cat so it was replaced with a Vibrant Performance 3" Ultra Quiet resonator. I chose it because I feared that a bullet-style resonator would leave the car too loud. This is the resonator that is installed on the mid-pipe:

http://vibrantperformance.com/catalo...products_id=47

Sound-wise I'd say it's probably a little quieter than the Agency Power DR mid-pipe. Probably a 6-7 out of 10 on the sound-scale with my Borla cat-back. It was very deep with just enough rotary rasp to keep it unique. I loved it! Here are some pictures:

(Comes with the hangar so everything mounts perfectly!)

(ZERO exhaust leaks, a good weld-job the entire way around.)

(Mounts up to the header perfectly!)

There are zero exhaust leaks around ANY of the welds. The resonator is straight through but packs extra insulation to keep sound down. It does not come with any gaskets or bolts so you'll need to purchase them. Everything was tacked up while installed on the car so it fits exactly like any mid-pipe would. You do not need to modify anything to make it fit!

It was only installed on my car for 300 miles. The car was hardly driven so the resonator is just barely broken in. It's off the car and being sold because I no-longer have my RX-8.

I'm asking $150 shipped which is a LOT less than this cost to make. That's OBO, though, so feel free to offer away. I want it gone so I will NOT refuse any reasonable offer. No trades, cash only. It'll be boxed up and shipped UPS and a tracking number will be provided.

Bump! Remember, the price is OBO so if you don't like it feel free to offer away.

Also, with this installed my RX-8 ran it's *** off. Definitely gained some power!
