unfortunately they dont fit. IIRC, the CTS uses a 5x115 bolt pattern.

these are perfect if your on a budget and want quality wheels. i used these as temp/back up wheels. they weigh ~20lbs each w/o tires.

I think I saw these on another 8 and really didn't like the way they looked, but these are fantastic wheels, would grab if I had a Lexus GS.
