THEY ALSO CAME WITH THESE LITTLE COVERS THAT GO ON EACH SPOKE. THEY PAINTABLE! SO YOU CAN PAINT THEM TO MATCH YOUR CAR, OR KEEP THEM AS IS. THEY CAME CHROME, SO YEAH... THATS THE COLOR THEY ARE NOW. BUT THEY ARE PAINTABLE.

man, where were these a couple of months ago..i wanted these rims so bad..ended up getting the Konig trouble...hhhhhmmm.. I might have to sell those and buy these. do you have both the black and crome inserts?

 

i just have the chrome inserts.
i just took off the inserts to make them look all black. the inserts have like a lil allen head screw that holds them on, so what i did was just take off the covers and put the screw back in w/out anything on the spokes. so yeah.


im leaving town tomorrow, but i'll leave my rims here w/ a friend. he can most likely ship them or be able to meet up for a pick up some where in houston. let me verify and get back to yall.

I'm curious how heavy those puppies are...

They look good though.

 

i've carried both the stock rx-8 rim and my rim, and by hand comparison (which i dont think is very accurate) the Konigs are slightly heavy, but just barely. i never been able to find out how much they weight, but i got a scale, so i'll post that ina a bit.

 

they weight somewhere between 21 and 22 lbs each

the stock rims weight in the neighborhood of 20-21 lbs each

so these rims will add about 10 lbs at the most to your car.
