wouldn't you be better off just getting em re-plated? You mentionned being interested in another set of oem chromed ones... why not just pay 200$ or so and get them stripped down and powdercoated in whatever color you want?
its 200 near me with tax incl for everything, should be similar up by you.

The thing about the chrome ones is, they look amazing on some colors, and like butt on others, so you need specific people to want them, but its probably a price issue. You could probably get around 850 shipped if you want, because that was the 2nd highest offer on my set that i just shipped out last week. the highest was 875 shipped, and shipping cost just over 100, and then paypal fees and whatnot... we're in a recession i guess...

I was hoping to get a little more, but as soon as you lower it a little bit more, there will be interest...

the thing about these wheels is, even if the chrome is flaking off like butt, the aluminum is still good, and can be coated any color once the chrome gets too bad. and the aluminum underneath is still worth about 300-400$.

oh yea, typed too much and forgot to say...

try offering them without tires. Noone would buy mine with tires. Took off the tires and got the money i wanted within a week. Now i have a set of tires to sell separately, but worst case scenario, I already have a set of tires when my current ones run out.
