05 complete eng,trans,ecu,wiring,rad,strng colmn w paddl shifters.... going V8

Category: Engine - Complete Motors
Price: $2750
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Location (US State/Canada/Int): TX
Item Condition: Used

Last week I bought a 05 RX8, clear TX title, 39,335 miles runs perfect, has the autostick, with paddle shifters. It was a Ladies car, and very well cared for, and kept stock. has not had the problem of flooding.

I bought it to put a V8 in it as my personal car to drive, so I am selling the entire driveline, out of it including:

Engine and transmission complete with engine and trans wiring harness, computer, steering column with paddle shifters and great airbag, rad, cooling fan, mounts, floor shifter, the complete intake system, and exhaust.

the car runs great, and have it sitting in a storage building waiting until I have someone buy the driveline so I can pull it out and start my build. I have built a number of cars over my life and know how to pull harnesses safely. After I have a deposit will pull the parts. delivery is an option, freight is easy too.

thanx for your time, Craig

Why go with such an old design? As a person who designs hot rods and custom cars for the last 10 years, I know of much better motors, especially from gm. Especially with a toy for track. VH45 or Aurora if I was to go chevy( great weight,400hp,DOHC, all aluminum). I have a DOHC 4.6 sitting here but it has a AOD @ moment, and not planning on using it.

I only use DOHC engines now. VVT usually, I am planning on 12psi on this car.
