I got the Takara Tomy Die Cast Metal Argent Meister for xmas 2 years ago, I keep it in the box. pretty detailed for a transformer. Very cool!

The Michigan "WANKEL"
I have the Meister RX-8 Transformer that is the "normal" RX-8 (not the MazdaSpeed version). It's cool, but it's also damn delicate. Pieces like to fall off (especially the arms) as you're transforming it. They snap back on, but it's still annoying. I don't remember the original Transformers being that delicate when I was a kid.

These are made by Takara under the Binaltech Transformers line.
You can get the remolded Mazdaspeed RX8 (BT-20 , pictured above) at a few online retailers (like Big Bad Toy Store) or ebay, but the three previous models are now collector items that aren't easy to find cheap. Note, these molds were also offered in Hasbro's Alternators lineup, but they are just plastic and not as nice).

I only wished they would have used the RX8 in the movie instead of the Solstice... I know they wanted to keep the American car theme (GM and Ford) for our economy but come on!
