Woke up to Wynter Sunbathing

First compliment came today while she was enjoying some sun. Stranger said she was "beautiful yet still sexy".

Nice pics OP! Glad you're enjoying your new 8.

We seem to be getting a lot of useless members lately... weird thread crapping, to say the least.

This is highly amusing.

Nice S2 though, do you have any plans for it?

Generally when you've been warned that you might get banned, you wouldn't make fun of the moderator unless you're asking to be banned...

So the only reason why I am not directly banned, and am instead receiving a warning - is because I potentially know ar-ex?
That seems illogical. Luckily I might know him. Or I woulda been banned without warning.

And Cut What Out? Showing interest in an RX8? Expressing my artistic side by paintbrushing some sick rims onto a car, and turning that frown (grill) upside down? Thats worthy of getting banned? This is the real me.

Generally this is true. But I am wondering why I am being hated? Plus I didn't make fun of anyone. I simply used a bunch of emoticons in sequence, provided to me by the forums. If you dont want me to use them - and are going to ban me because of them - then why make them available?

BUT I think i realize whats going on.
zoom44 sensed i drive a bmw. and immediately felt that I deserved banning. clearly jealous, because nobody in their right mind can argue that a zoom zoom is better than a bmw - generally speaking of course. And now you're jumping on the ban-wagon (LOL)

so you're a bmw hater too, 8 maniac? I don't hate rx8's just coz i dont have one? actually i think the rotary engine is kinda cool coz its unique. so why do you hate me so much? is it coz my car is faster? do you have a small weiner and have to compensate?

I dont really care if you ban me. i just proves yall on a forum power trip... it reflects poorly on you.. and in that case i wouldnt even want to participate in your lame website.

Spamming posts is unnecessary and clutters threads. Your posts definitely don't contribute to an otherwise serious thread. You just joined so there's a very high likelihood that you are not a serious member and it is the discretion of the admins/moderators to determine how to handle the situation. The fact that you received a warning and decided to question the moderators judgement in the thread. There is a forum rule against doing that. If you are a serious member, you can make your case to the moderator via PM.

I don't think anyone was aware that you owned a BMW. I don't really care what you own. I don't dislike BMW's and I even considered getting an M5 after selling my 8. I ended up going with an Audi and I'm very satisfied with my car. It is plenty fast and faster than a lot of BMW's in terms of acceleration. I can't say that I'd be jealous of any BMW you might own. I might find it more impressive than my car, but I wouldn't say I'm jealous. My car, in its current condition, probably isn't quite as good in terms of handling, but that's mostly the result of some parts showing their age that will soon be replaced.

The reason you are receiving negative feedback is because your posts do not contribute to the thread and it seems clear that you are not serious about your posts. It's not about power. It's simply trying to keep the forum organized and with less clutter. Repeated oil threads, engine threads, etc are more useful than the few posts you've made thus far.

I wake up with my car parked on the front yard all the time, lol. But yeah, white is so clean. I'd love to see it all de-badged!.

This is true, your posts are much more easily conceived as poking fun at members, and when you just joined, that shows where your interests really are. If you really care to join in the forum, do so like a sensible man, or woman, not like someone who's just here to be trolling.

Anywho, I think this topic should stay on topic.

I like BMWs. I wish the 1 series had suicide doors.

Anyway I do have some plans for Wynter but for now I'm just enjoying the ride again.

De-badging sounds like a good idea for a clean look. I'll have to search to see if anyone has done it to a S2.

Thanks for the comments guys. Zoom Zoom - what do you drive?

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate your professional response.
-I don't feel like I was spamming. At the time of my initial "warning" I had 3 posts on my account (total). And they were all contained within 1 thread. So I definitely don't think I was spamming or cluttering threads.
-I also felt like I was contributing to the thread. I spent considerable time preparing the information in my posts. I wouldn't have spent that time editing that photo or typing those words if I thought it did not contribute.
-Sorry for breaking the rule that prevents questioning moderators. However, I feel that rule is unfair thus I disagree with it and will not adhere to it. I think members should have the right to question a moderator in a transparent manner. The actions of moderators should be defensible in a public manner. Additionally, while you may ban me for breaking this rule, I think the logic is flawed because I believe I had a valid reason for questioning the moderator in the first place.

Look at it from my perspective. I had just joined. I made my first 3 posts, within this one thread. I did not create any threads. Nor did I post anything inappropriate. At this point I am presented the following post:

This leads me to the following conclusions:
-I am not banned because zoom44 assumes I know ar-ex. If he had not assumed this I would already be banned.
-If I don't let the rest of you know who I "really" am I will be banned in the immediate future.

This left me totally confused. And I feel its a completely unprofessional post when considering its coming from an administrator regarding my account status. It does not welcome me as a new member. It does not describe how I have violated any rules. And it does not point me to the webpage with the rules so I can educate myself. But worst of all it threatens me with 'if you don't do this I will ban you'. This isn't a very welcoming experience. So I am thinking "great here is some guy going on a power trip - looking to ban me. How he found me I have no idea". That whole experience annoyed me, and I replied with the following logic in mind: "if the admin wants to **** in my Cheerios, I will gladly return the favor and **** in their Cheerios". Because at that point I did not care if I was banned, based on how unwelcoming you all were.

Honestly, your best approach would have been to ignore my posts - because the reality is I wasn't harming anything - and then I would have probably have forgotten by now that this website even exists. I don't think its necessary to micro-manage every thread.

But since its happened. Ill give you my feedback (for what its worth). I am not sure if you have any control over the management of this website, but take it or leave it. I think you should provide some training to your administrators for handling sensitive issues like banning people. And I think the administrators should use a set script for providing warnings that describes the rules of the forums and what happens if you don't follow them - so that there is a professional approach it all.

If you have a problem with a Moderator or Administrator, take that discussion to a PM. This takes it off-line and keeps the thread on-topic.
